"Put on the new self, created in God's way in righteousness and holiness of truth. Therefore, putting away
falsehood, speak the truth, each one to his neighbor, for we are members one of another." - Ephesians 4:23-25
Whoever is in Christ is a new creation: the old things have passed away; behold, new things have come.
- 2 Corinthians 5:17
I am a Christian who loves and serves the Lord Jesus Christ. At least I try to, and when I don't, I go to Confession
and trust in His grace to make me a better person. I made this webpage to teach about God's great gift of Confession.
Many people don't realize the amazing gift and the awesome life transforming miracles that God works in this Sacrament.
I wasn't aware of it for most of my life until I discovered Jesus in the Sacraments, and in this discovery I know without
any doubt that Jesus is here and He saves, heals, and delivers from sin. He nourishes our souls with grace because He
is Love Incarnate. Especially in Confession I encounter Him as Lord of divine Mercy. I have found that Confession
once a month is an excellent way to maintain a vibrant spiritual life and stay warm with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
"Whoever endures to the end will be saved" - Matthew 10:22

The Prodigal Son
A story about everyone
who knows what it means to be a child of God...
|
... Here am I, dying from hunger. I shall get up and go
to my father and I say to him, "Father, I have sinned against Heaven and against you. I no longer deserve to be called your
son; treat me as you would treat one of your hired workers.' He got up and went back to his father.
While he was still a long way off, his father caught sight of him, and was filled with compassion. He ran
to his son, embraced him and kissed him.
His son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you; I no longer deserve to be called
your son.'
But his father ordered his servants, 'Quickly bring the finest robe and put it on him; put a ring on his
finger and sandals on his feet. Take the fattened calf and slaughter it. Then let us celebrate with a feast, because this
son of mine was dead, and has come to life again; he was lost, and has been found.'
Then the celebration began.
